Welcome to Chaska Alpaka — we carefully ship our handcrafted alpaca products exclusively within the European Union.

We currently ship exclusively to countries within the European Union (EU).

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

As our products are handmade and crafted from natural alpaca materials, processing times may vary slightly during busy periods.

Estimated delivery within the European Union:

3–10 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the destination country and shipping provider.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination country and order size.

Tracking information will be provided by email once your order has been shipped, where available.

As we currently ship only within the European Union, customers generally do not incur additional customs duties or import charges.

In accordance with EU consumer protection laws, customers have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of receiving their order.
